Volunteering at WAAT

Anyone who wants to volunteer at WAAT will need to be approved through the NEW Wilson County Schools Volunteer Portal. All individuals interested in volunteering—whether you are a returning volunteer with a current application or a first-time applicant—will need to submit a new application through the updated platform. Individuals who are interested in volunteering may now begin creating their accounts and submitting applications through the new Volunteer Tracking System powered by Raptor at the following link: https://apps.raptortech.com/Apply/OTc1NTplbi1VUw==.

Please note that the application process includes two steps:

1. Complete the Volunteer Application through the Raptor platform

2. Consent to the Background Check through the Bchex system (you’ll be directed to this directly after submitting your application)

Your application will not be complete until both the application and background check consent have been submitted. Once all components have been reviewed and approved, you will receive a notification confirming your volunteer status.
